When will a new Boinc be released (7.0.26)?

boinc 7.0.24 has stopped working since Ubuntu 12.04 upgrade. When will a new Boinc be released (7.0.26)?

Not sure when bionc 7.0.26 will be release. The official ubuntu repositories contain 7.0.24 and since ubuntu locks there versions of all software, you will not be able to install a new version from the official repositories.

I suggest you first try to reinstall boinc.
sudo apt-get install boinc --reinstall

Hopefully this will fix whatever problem has caused it to stop working. If this does not fix you problem, you may consider manually installing the current version of bionc 7.0.25. If you decide to do this, make sure you uninstall the your current version before installing the new one. Here is a link the boinc page, you can click the download link for the linux installer.
