Bluetooth visibility is not working in ubuntu 12.04

I have Dell inspiron 14R laptop. Inbuild bluetooth is turned on. But visibility is not working.. How to solve it?

Can you give the output of:

lsb_release -a; dmesg | grep -i blue; lsusb
