thanks one of your previous answer have solved my question. Blutooth was disabled by windows. I had to install windows again then again kubuntu.But my questions is that when there is only one OS(ubuntu 12.04) is installed how windows (previously installed) can control the hardware ??
Is it a drawback of ubuntu to turned on the bluetooth hardware itself ??

The hardware is switched by Wnidows (annoying), no idea why it does it but it's a thing.
