Can you give the make and model of the system?

Can you also run:

lsb_release -a; uname -a; dmesg | grep -i blue

Do you dual boot the system?
Is there a switch to enable/disable bluetooth?

Yes It is dualboot

Thought so, in Windows device manager, disable power management on the bluetooth as well it's ability to wake up the OS then boot to Ubuntu.

Can you help with this problem?
