bluez daemon is not running blueman manager cannot continue ubuntu

At Ubuntu 10.10, I found error massage when I try to open Bluetooth Manager like this:
bluez daemon is not running blueman manager cannot continue

Check if you have bluez installed.
If so, open a terminal and type

sudo service bluetooth start

Facing similar problem on Ubuntu 10.04, Dell Inspiron N4030. Nothing seems to happen when i "service bluetooth start":
