I've instaled all BlueZ - nothing change

BlueZ should already have been installed, as it's a standard part of Ubuntu and needed for bluetooth. What you just saw in your email was a notification that I had categorized this question as being related to BlueZ. While this act of categorization might potentially help get people who are able to help you to see this question, it does not constitute advice in and of itself, and you can safely ignore it.

Can you give the output of:

lsusb; lspci; echo; uname -a; lsb_release -a

Thanks

Possibly no bluetooth, depends on the EXACT model, as outlined here.
