Bluetooth modem and Brightness issue

Respected Sir,
                       First problem- I have a Nokia 5130 mobile. I can access the internet on Window-7 via bluetooth dial-up connection with my mobile. But, the problem is that I don't know how to connect this bluetooth dial-up connection on Ubuntu 10.10. Please suggest me how can i connect it.

                       Second problem- I use Ubuntu 10.10 on my laptop Samsung R428 and the problem is this, i am not able to use some of the special functional keys (Fn keys) like increase/decrease brightness, turn on/off wifi, backlit on/off etc.
So, please suggest me how can use them.

Try installing the program "blueman", pairing with your phone, then right click the big phone icon, press setup, and select dial up networking
