Bluetooth on DELL Inspiron mini 10"

The bluetooth is disabled on my DELL Inspiron mini 10". Please let me know how to enable it.

Please be sure to have the bluez service running and please also be sure to activate your Bluetooth from hardware switch if there are any on your pc...
