where and what is bluefish on this computer?

i am unfamiliar with this bluefish ...is it a homepage robot or are you allowed to use your own html programming skills from scratch?

bluefish is an html script editor, similar to macromedia dreamweaver.

you have to know how to program in html to use it.

go into synaptic package manager and type in bluefish and it should come up.
