blender script folder

I installed Blender-2.46 in my Home folder.

Can you help me to find out blender Script folder,
where will that go

Hi Sanjay,

I believe that Blender is in the repositories. Why not just use the Synaptic application to install it.
1) Select 'System' from the menu bar at the top of the screen
2) Select 'Administration'
3) Select 'Synaptic Package Manager'
4) Search for 'Blender'
5) Click the check box next to the application
6) Click on Apply

Hi Murali Krishna

  Blender-2.46 has some new good features, thats why I need the Blender-2.46 in my system.

  So please help me to install Blender-2.46 with scripts folder or help me to find out where the scripts window is going while installing

hi sanjay,
go to your home, press Ctrl + h, open the folder called .blender and there the scripts folder should be.
