Your account has a login password. This will prevent use. You can put a password on Grub if you want and the PC won't even boot without the right password.

You have to be aware, that anyone with physical access to that device could insert a USB stick with an operating system and instruct the netbook to boot from that stick instead of the built-in hard disk.
The only possibility to prevent this, is securing the BIOS with a system boot password.
Use extreme caution, because in case you forget that password, there is no way for you to boot that device any more.

Can you help with this problem?
