i have made a dns using bind9. working perfect on local lan but cant work on internet. ports are forward.

Try rebooting your router, some home graderouters need that to apply some settings. Worth a try

I think this is not the right place to discuss your bind configuration here. Please remember this is the questions section of the Ubuntu project on launchpad.

Besides, I strongly recommend you to consult the official bind documentation and/or ask questions regarding bind on their mailing lists or forums.

I aslo hope your systems are within a real/dirty DMZ and correctly configured; otherwise you may face some severe trouble in the nearer future.
