I noticed you added correctly a bug report at

I put the "Security" flag on this report.

Could you please also file a bug report for the bind9 package,
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bind9/

I am not sure what is the relationship between bind and bind9, so it's good to add to both.
