How do I invoke big-cursor?

I have installed the big-cursor package in Ubuntu 10. The size of my cursor has not changed. I can't find the FAQ for big-cursor, nor can I find any instructions on how to invoke the package.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Try right click desktop -> Change desktop background

Theme tba -> customize button

Click on the mouse tab in the new dialogue and change the size / theme there.

The problem was solved by an excellent responder. One right-clicks on the desktop, goes to themes, and sets the cursor size.
