Upstream code

Asked by Twelveeighty

Folks - I maintain this driver for ArchLinux and I'm having a hard time finding the "real" upstream code for this driver on the Broadcom Linux site. I'm currently linking to this Ubuntu driver. Where are you guys finding the source code for this driver at Broadcom?

you can use the source option in apt-get. The man page shows how it can be used. The source for all open source apps is on the same repos as the binary packages

No - that's not what I mean. I know how to obtain the code from your repo, I want to know where you folks get the code from Broadcom? Who submitted/obtained the code from Broadcom?

Acccording to https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bcmwl the upstream connection is to https://launchpad.net/broadcom-sta
and according to https://launchpad.net/broadcom-sta its maintainer is Alberto Milone
Maybe you could contact him.
