guys Broadcom STA Driver 5.60.246.6 is now available at Broadcom's site here is the link http://www.broadcom.com/support/802.11/linux_sta.php
so you guys should make a deb package for ubuntu ASAP

then send a polite email to Cyril Lacoux, informing him/her that there is a new upstream source package. They may already know. Ubuntu's next debian import is at the end of this month, so if it is packaged upstream in debian, then it will be in natty.
