Is it possible to ignore article 'the' when sorting?

I'm a bit annoyed by the way Banshee sorts artist's names. 'The Animals' follows 'System of a Down', since T comes after S. But I would like the article to be ignore, making The Animals follow 'Amy MacDonald'. I can't, however, find such a feature.
