consolidate/merge directories on backup target / NAS

Dear all,

I have been using backintime since many years.

Each time I used a new computer/laptop, the new configuration created a new backup target path.

The mounted backup target path looks like:

/media/remote-NAS/current-computer1
/media/remote-NAS/old-computer1
/media/remote-NAS/old-computer2
/media/remote-NAS/old-computer3

Is there a way to consolidate these under the path for latest backup target ("current-computer1") while preserving the hard links?
