I just found that 14e4:4315 works fine when installing firmware-b43-lpphy-installer instead of firmware-b43-installer.
14e4:4315 is the only known LP-PHY device which is working with the b43 driver. So this applies to 14e4:4315 only.

You can check the PCI ID of your device with:
lspci -nn | grep 14e4
