automake crashes on every single call

The command `automake` gives "Segmentation fault (core dumped)" error.

Even the calls `automake --version` and `automake --help` give this error.

The system details:

Segmentation fault (core dumped)

I have another system with Ubuntu 23.10. The same version of automake is installed there, but it has no problem.
