Noise reduction bug problem

Whenever i record on audacity then i use noise reduction it seems noise reduction not working its still have background noise. Even if i use earphone or headset, please help us to fix that problem my audacity vers is 2.3.2, the background npise sometime just like a robot

lsb_release -a; uname -a; apt-cache policy audacity
