Cannot install AMD Radeon Drivers keeps giving me errors

"Input/output error" usually indicates a hard disk or file system problem.

I suggest that you boot into a live system (from an installer on DVD or USB stick) and perform a full file system check on your root file system.

You are using Kali Linux. This is not supported by the Ubuntu community in any way. I suggest you post on the Kali forum.
