1. I do not see any problem with update-apt-xapian-index in your output. Can you please provide some details about your problem?

2. You do not have the trust-security and/or trusty-updates repositories activated. You have to be aware that you are not getting any updates, not even bug fixes for critical vulnerabilities (like heartbleed, shellshock, ...).

Can you help with this problem?
