I am seeing 403 forbidden on au.archive.ubuntu.com ?

Seems that CPAN/Perl, Fedora, Linux MINT and Ubuntu are all down on that mirror.

Required to change /etc/apt/sources.list from au server to:
http://archive.ubuntu.com

You could report a bug to alert the guys to the outage.
