Problem with the installation of DropBox; I can not install anything.

Asked by avasquez

Hello everyone!

I have a problem that is killing me for weeks ... What happens is that I installed dropbox such as explained on its website but at the end of the installation not happened and apparently the installation process and stayed Guindado always there ... Here I show you an example:

avasquez root @: / home / Dandrade # apt-get remove --purge libreoffice *
E: Could not lock / var / lib / dpkg / lock - open (11: Resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Could not lock the administration directory (/ var / lib / dpkg /), perhaps there is another process using it?

I've looked in several places and I have placed these commands but still the problem persists and throws me the following:

$ Sudo fuser -vki / var / lib / dpkg / lock
$ Sudo rm -f / var / lib / dpkg / lock
$ Sudo dpkg --configure -a (Here hangs)
$ Sudo apt-get autoremove

When I put the dpkg --configure -a throws me the following

Setting nautilus-dropbox (0.7.1-2) ...

Dropbox is the Easiest way to share and store your files online. Want to learn more? Head to http://www.dropbox.com/

Downloading Drobox ... 100%

And that's an eternity without saying absolutely nothing more remains. :(

I hope you can help me, thanks in advance !!
