I suggest you contact the PPA maintainers. Has the package source been discontinued?

Seems the folder is gone. I suggest you remove the PPA.

Thank you so much for quick reply. I am very new user for Ubuntu, so I don't know what is PPA? Who are maintainers ? How I can contact them? How I can remove PPA?

grep -r -i suse /etc/apt/*
