It is impossible to install or remove any software

When i click on Language Setting the following popup came .
Please help me to resolve this issue.
It is impossible to install or remove any software. Please use the package manager "Synaptic" or run "sudo apt-get install -f" in a terminal to fix this issue at first.
I run this command but issue become more terrible it removes my libreoffice software.
And now i am not able to install or remove any software..

Follow it and it may fix your problems if not post all the output here and we should be able to advise further
