Am running 12.10 having problem with updating getting this error

Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/upubuntu-com/ext/ubuntu/dists/quantal/main/binary-amd64/Packages

Simple. The PPA only supports Precise and should be removed.

If you start adding 3rd party package sources don't be surprised when you get issues.
