You might want to run `apt-get -f install' to correct these.

You appear to be using 10.04

Is this Desktop or Server? If Desktop it's no longer supported I would recommend you backup then do a clean install of a supported version

Backup all your personal data first then try both Xubuntu 12.04 and Ubuntu 12.04 from a USB stick or DVD. Install the one you prefer. I'm suggesting you take a look at Xubuntu because you may find Ubuntu too slow on older hardware; especially if using the default Unity desktop. I'm also recommending 12.04 because it is supported for longer than 13.04

Downloads are here

Ubuntu: supported till April 2017
http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop

Xubuntu: supported till April 2015

Your system seems severely misconfigured.

lsb-release tells that you are running Ubuntu 10.04 lucid, but the references in your sources.list are for Ubuntu 12.04 precise.

It might be possible to use some dirty tricks for an in-place upgrade to a real 12.04 precise system, but I would not recommend such attempt. The by far better solution is a clean new installation of Ubuntu 12.04 or any other variant as already listed by Warren Hill.

Can you help with this problem?
