Opening software center: WARNING: gnome-keyring:: couldn't connect to: /tmp/keyring-HNAcPz/pkcs11: No such file or directory

attempting to open ubuntu software center. It just opens as a window with no content.

running from terminal gives:

$ /usr/bin/software-center %u

This issue seems to be linked to the following bugreport, for which they have not given a solution yet:

In the meantime, I suggest rebooting the PC and then following this procedure and sending us the full Terminal output:

Try:

sudo apt-get --reinstall install python2.7
