Can you give the output of:

sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get upgrade

The details you gave aren't terribly useful. Thanks

Hi,

what is the problem, I don't see it or am I blind?

Sorry for the incomplete details. Well i have solved the problem but still when i run "sudo apt-get update", in the last line i see
"GPG error: http://ppa.launchpad.net precise Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY A7E13D78E4A4F4F4"

So to solve it should i uncheck this ppa from the system -> update manager -> setting -> other software or is there any another way to somehow make this PUBKEY available ...

@Miha -- you are not blind... it was my mistake.

sudo apt-key adv --recv-key --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com A7E13D78E4A4F4F4

If you add PPAs correctly, you won't get this issue.

The PPA page even tells you how to add the key:

https://launchpad.net/~rvm/+archive/smplayer?field.series_filter=precise

Did you not think to check the PPA page?

Can you help with this problem?
