replace etc/apt/sources.list with original or new one

could anyone give me the original sources ,list for 12.04 so I can replace the one I have!?

Sure, run:

gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

add the below text (copy from the link), delete ALL your old text:

The first one was on my Quantal system, that is precise, as you can see :)
