mirrors - mirrors.melbourne.co.uk can't cope

The server is taking forever to answer (if it answers at all), although pings are ok.

It looks like httpd is set to low connection limits and today's release has overwhelmed it.

This is causing upgrade attempts to fail.

Please remove it from http://mirrors.ubuntu.com/mirrors.txt for the moment.
