How to update some particular updates

Asked by SWAGATAK GHOSH

I am using ubuntu 11.04 64bit. When trying to update ,all the updates are successfully updated but some updates are not getting installed. the error message is

"Requires installation of untrusted packages
The action would require the installation of packages from not authenticated sources."

the updates are mplayer(movie player for unix like system) and Adobe flash player plugin 64 bit alpha installer.
how to install this type of updates. Are these not necessary?
thanks

Hi please follow this:

You can run Software Sources on Ubuntu 11.04 by hitting CTRL + ALT + T and run this command:
sudo software-properties-gtk

Can you help with this problem?
