PROBLEM E:Encountered a section with no Package: header, E:Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/us.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_natty_main_i18n_Translation-en, E:The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.'

after i run the repair this is the error code it gives me still nun of what any body has told me works and i still cant install or even look at whats i have already installed on my computer has any one fixed this problem yet need help or if not have to go back to using window again get better support and quicker solutions

Ubuntu 11.04 Natty Narwhal has been declared End of Life by October 28, 2012
There is no error correction done on that release any more, and no support.
You have to upgrade to a supported release of Ubuntu.

Most of the error messages that you see are caused by the fact that natty is EOL, and the repositories to download packages for that release have already been removed.

I recommend that you create a backup of your files to an external storage medium, download the installation kit for Ubuntu 12.04, and install Ubuntu 12.04 (as long as your hardware meets the minimum requirements). That version will be supported for the coming 4 years. http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop and then use the button marked "Get Ubuntu 12.04 LTS".
