https cashing on apt-cacher-ng server

https://repo.sparkylinux.org nibiru InRelease
https://www.deb-multimedia.org buster InRelease

i would like to add these repo's to my apt-casher-ng server but have not found any clear way of doing so.
each client computers i have created /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/02proxy.
the server works fine cashing hhtp ubuntu / http debain

but the ones for https are not cashed . is cashing https repo's possible ?

oversight on my part , i forgot to create the 002proxy.sh file
