Distribution Upgrade for multiple machines

Dear All,

I am Very much interest in using Ubuntu. I am glad to inform you that I have installed nearly 50 machines with Ubuntu 9.04. I need to upgrade all the machines into the latest Ubuntu 10.04 or 1010. Could you please help me? Since I have minimum bandwidth, I could not able to do all the machines upgrade. Is there any other way to do it?

Do I need to have server to upgrade all the Desktop machines?
Is there any repository Server I can do and help me how to do it?

You could setup apt-cacher, apt-cacher-ng or approx on one of the machines (server) and configure the rest as clients to use the server as an apt proxy. Here is a short guide for apt-cacher-ng:

You can set up a local server as repository for the packages. Then each package will be downloaded only once an can be locally distributed to all your clients without the need to re-use your internet connection again and again.
