apt-btrfs-snapshot in Debian repositories

As far as I can see apt-btrfs-snapshot is not available in the Debian repositories.

This package is very useful and IMHO Debian would benefit from having that package, too.

Is there any reason for that, or is it just that nobody packaged it for Debian?
