Hi,

I think your Netgear WG111v2 usb dongle should be automatically detected during the installation of ubuntu studio 9.04.
Maybe the Netgear dongle was not plugged in during the installation so that Ubuntu could not detect it and install the required drivers during the install?

I recommend plugging in the Netgear dongle to a USB 2.0 port now and keeping it plugged in. Then boot from the ubuntu studio 9.04 LiveCD and reinstall Ubuntu from the LiveCD session, while keeping the Netgear plugged in.

Hope it helps,

Regards,

Mark
