You are wrong here. This is a question area for Ubuntu only.
Why did you ask this question in Ubuntu and not in Debian?

In any case, Debian has apache version 2.4.58 already available in "testing" and "unstable", see https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/apache2

What's that? You already admitted that this question has been asked in a wrong area, but now you are repeating it at the same wrong spot?

This here is for Ubuntu, not Debian!

Oops, my bad, this isn't the right place to ask about the Ubuntu/Apache package. You might wanna try asking somewhere else

This is the right place to ask about the Ubuntu Apache2 package, but not the right place for the Debian Apache2 package.

Which Operating System are you running, Ubuntu or Debian? And which release?

What output do you receive for the command

apt policy apache2

and which vulnerabilities are you referring to?

  Version table:

The lsb_release command shows that you are running Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS

The apache2 package that you have installed is version 2.4.56-1~deb11u2 from the Debian bullseye repository

The version string returned from the apache program is Apache/2.4.57 (Debian)

This information is contradictory and does not make any sense to me. I am lost and cannot help. Sorry.

For the system which created this output, you are wrong here. That is a Debian system. You have to ask Debian.
