Luis Garavatti Vasco Garavatti; Hello

Be aware: "Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) was the 24th release of Ubuntu. !End-of-life was April 30th, 2021. Paid support
               (ESM) is available."
Standard support is ended and the software repos no longer exist as you may have known them.

Though not an Ubuntu community offering, Extended Security Maintenance ( where the stress is on security) is available.
see: https://ubuntu.com/esm

You are strongly encouraged to install a currently supported release.
Package apache2 >>hirsute (21.04) >> 2.4.46-4ubuntu1.3

-even good things come to an end-

Manfred Hampl suggests this article as an answer to your question:
FAQ #3037: “no rolling release”.

Manfred Hampl, I add this:

add-apt-repository ppa:ondrej/apache2

Ondrej Sury has already removed packages for End of Life releases (like xenial) from his PPAs, but there seems to be a copy of apache2 version 2.4.46-2+ubuntu16.04.1+deb.sury.org+3 in https://launchpad.net/~andykimpe/+archive/ubuntu/php

Maybe that helps for the moment, but you still should consider an upgrade to a supported release of Ubuntu in due course.
