i want to run the latest version of apache2.. how can i do that?

2.4.48 has intrusion bugfixes that i'd like to run with, but the default ubuntu distribution only supports 2.4.41 at the moment..

Additional remarks:
1. you may find a PPA, see https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+ppas?name_filter=apache2 for a list of potential candidates, don't forget to filter for your Ubuntu release for each of them
2. Often bugfixes are backported to the versions in older Ubuntu releases without doing a full version upgrade, see https://ubuntu.com/security/cve?q=&package=apache2
