Apache show me "Error 404" when i try to load a page, but file exist.

Hi,
I recently install virtualmin. i setup "ths1.th" domain and put my file in "/home/ths1/public_html/path". when i try to load a link "http://ths1.tk/path" apache show me "404 Error". what's the problem? and how can i fix it?

The origin of that error should be in Apache's configuration, but you did not supply it. It could be pretty everything.
The error_log in /var/log/apache2/ might be helpful.
