apache over the internet not local (and .tk)

i'm trying to host a web site on my pc
i have installed every thing (LAMP) and it works fine in my local network
but i want to host it over the internet
for example:i want when i type my internet ip in any browser to view my site
not by typing http://localhost/ or http://127.0.0.1/
and i want to connect it to dot.tk free domain

Then you need to setup port forwarding in your router. Setup your system with a static IP address in network manager. You will then port forward port 80 TCP to the IP address you set on the PC on port 80 and it will be visible from the outside world. You will then need to register your IP to the domain name.

It varys wildly from model to modem. It is also not an ubuntu question as your system is configured and working. You will have to RTFM.
