I want to setup a web host for my 60+ websites and also a download section for my products

I want to setup a web host for my 60+ websites and also a download section for my products, can this program handle this as I am used to using WHM & Cpanel how much more work would it take to do this .....?

I am looking into a server to use and or just a Dell desktop to use which would be best ???
