libaom 2.0.0 Update

Hi,

Currently, libaom 2.0.0 did release
https://aomedia.googlesource.com/aom/+/refs/tags/v2.0.0-rc1

And Ubuntu is shipping 1.0.0, will there be any plans to update to 2.0.0?

Lot of other programs and encoders are dependent on libaom like encoders and decoders, transcoders,

Already brew is shipping 2.0 version and also debian sid, arch linux is having 2.0.0 as testing,

It is not true that Debian would already ship version 2.0.0; they are still on 1.0.0
