When will version 1.10.6 be released?

I want to know when will be released the 1.10.6 version. It adds some nice features like enabling the use of signing hardware. However, I haven't found when new released are published or what is the criteria to them for being included in the updates of Ubuntu.

You have to be aware that Ubuntu is taking over pakages from Debian (to avoid double packaging work).
Debian does not have the version 1.10.6 yet, see https://packages.debian.org/search?keywords=ant&searchon=names&exact=1&suite=all&section=all
So the first step to bring 1.10.6 to Ubuntu would be to request a version update in Debian.
