Which Ubuntu release and which CPU architecture are you running? (Output of "uname -a" and "lsb_release -crid")
Which version of android-libbase do you need?

You have put this question into the wrong area.

In Ubuntu kinetic the binary package android-libbase is provided by the source package "android-platform-tools" and mo more by "android-platform-system-core"
I move this question into the right area.

There is already a package with version 33 in Debian experimental. Manually downloading and installing that one most probably is easier than compiling yourself, if that package works on your Ubuntu system (which I haven't verified myself).

https://packages.debian.org/experimental/android-libbase

Can you help with this problem?
