Support riscv64

I see the aapt package depend on android-libaapt that depend on android-libutils depend on android-libutils that depend on android-libbacktrace that depend on android-libunwind
The android-libunwind unsupported riscv64. On official repo of libunwind exist support riscv64 since 1.6.0. Do we can backport support to android-libunwind? =)
