how to install aMSN in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS ?

I wonder why aMSN are not in the repository for Ubuntu12.04 LTS?
It was avaible in the previous Ubuntu versions.
http://www.amsn-project.net/

I know there are other alternative. But aMSN are most close to the behaviour as the real MSN Live Messenger.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:amsn-daily/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install amsn

It's not maintained upstream. The PPA will give you the app

I followed this steps to add ppa, but i can't found amsn package.

same problem, after added ppa:amsn-daily/ppa amsn package not found :-(

A look at https://launchpad.net/~amsn-daily/+archive/ppa you can see thats there was errors with package building because there were changings in libfarsight.
